Despatching your publications worldwide

Our investment in finishing emphasises the companies’ commitment to a full service for all customers. Technology has advanced in recent years, and Micropress and Richardson Printing have invested in some of the fastest and most up-to-date machines in folding, saddle stitching, perfect binding and die cutting. Our machinery will allow us to produce a wide range of products including large run magazines, bound books and die cut folders.

We have recently introduced a B1 Laminating machine which offers the facility to enhance the finish of products.

Customers have the option of using our magazine poly wrapping system to ensure fast despatch as well as possible postal discounts depending on order size.

Addresses are run from disc and ink jetted directly onto polythene bags for collection by Royal Mail on a daily

basis, while our experienced team of bindery workers guarantees a high quality service throughout the process. Our production line also features an automatic insert facility.

To enhance the mailing department even further we have recently invested in a semi-automatic shrink wrapping system.

Trade Binding

Our Muller Martini Tigra binding line is very versatile ideally suited for most types of binding work, ranging from magazines to catalogues.

Boasting an inline 12 station gatherer and inline Muller Martini Esprit 3 knife trimmer it allows us to offer the swiftest of turnarounds and highly competitive prices.

With two B1 one B2 Stahl Folders we are able to bind from both flat sheets and folded sections, we also have a full notching kit, giving us the facility to notch bind your books as well as perfect bind.
