For High Quality print combined with fast turnaround at competitive prices, look no further than our Digital Printing Services

At Micropress we have the latest digital colour and mono printing presses housed in our digital printing department. We use the industry leading Xerox i-Gen 150 printing press along with Xerox, Heidelberg and Nuvera digital printing presses to produce high quality digital print

Our climate controlled digital print centre features the latest digital print and finishing equipment enabling us to print and personalise items in a single process with rapid turnaround times

We can print personalisation and variable data onto almost any substrate and are experts at providing cost effective print solutions for direct mail campaigns.

For smaller print runs, we can print and personalise digitally in one process, reducing costs on separate litho and overprinting processes.

For letterheads and carrier sheets, we can digitally print mono or colour carrier sheets to any format or alternatively can print variable data to pre-printed litho stocks, reducing costs by employing the most cost-effective solution to each campaign.

As complex direct mail campaigns become more important, we can digitally print individual graphics and text which can be customised on a print-by-print basis for subsequent mailing. This is particularly useful for companies that may want to tailor and personalise their direct mail campaigns based on their target audience.

Bespoke Direct Mail Solutions

Unlike most mailing houses, as we are one of the largest lithographic commercial printers in the UK, we can combine litho printing and digital overprinting to offer bespoke direct mail solutions.

For example, on large quantity direct mail campaigns where digital printing and personalisation would be too expensive, we can print covers and text pages on our litho presses, then digitally overprint covers with variable personalisation (either simplex or duplex, mono or colour), then stitch personalised covers together with the text pages, all completed in mailsort order for traying and subsequent postal collection.
