Paper wrapping has become a fantastic way to reduce plastic usage from poly wrapping to a more environmentally friendly option.
Here at Micropress Printers we embrace green technology and did not hesitate to invest in the relatively new technology of paper wrapping to compliment our diverse range of direct mail services.
Installed in 2020, our Sitma high-speed paper wrapping machine enabling us to wrap multiple pack formats in either plain or printed paper wrap.
Sustainable, eco-friendly, and recyclable – Paper wrapping is a 100% eco-friendly option and offers many environmental benefits for direct mail campaigns. Many high- profile publishers, retailers, and organisations such as National Geographic, Gardner’s World, Good Housekeeping and BBC Countryfile have made the switch to paper wrapped packs.
We offer both plain and full colour pre-printed paper wrapping solutions which result in a very impressive and unique looking mail packs
Running HP high qualify inkjet heads allows us to print variable data, Mailmark barcodes, postage PPI’s along with text, images and logos onto paper wrapped packs.
Paper wrapping enables clients to achieve the maximum postage discounts available by Royal Mail and other providers reducing postage costs on direct mail campaigns – i.e., Mailmark and sustainable/responsible mail.

Supply us with your database and we will fully de-duplicate and check it before it is used for your direct mail campaign. This minimises wastage and ensures you only send what you need.
Poly bagging and labelling
Your marketing materials are placed in heat sealed bags, designed to protect them throughout the delivery process, on our automated mailing line. Addresses can be printed onto the bags or onto card or paper carriers inserted into the bag with your marketing material. Finally, our automated line is able to mail sort, further minimising your postage costs.
