Bindery Assistant

Our large and busy Bindery Department is currently seeking a full time Bindery Assistant to assist in the production of books, magazines and advertising publications.

Working shifts, duties will include assisting on our binding lines which will require lifting and carrying, shrink wrapping and packing.
The successful candidate will be trained to set up equipment according to job specifications so the ability to work well as part of a team is vital as you will need to be able to communicate effectively to coordinate efforts.
Whilst full training will be provided, the successful candidate will be expected to be reliable, have a good eye for detail and a bright ‘can do’ approach to work. Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure is key since many projects might be underway simultaneously.

Direct Mail IT Data Processor / Administrator

Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking to recruit a Direct Mail IT Data Processor / Administrator

This uniquely varied role is focused on the direct mail/postal mailing services we offer and based on working with and preparing client mailing data and project documents. Working closely with the Direct Mail Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be required to undertake data and administrative based duties required for the production of direct mail campaigns.

The following specific activities will be required:
· General administration duties
· Data formatting and processing with excel and word
· Postage mail-sortation and preparation via software programmes
· Working closely with postage companies such as Royal Mail
· Produce reports and preparing proofs for client approval
· Working with clients and colleagues to manage projects through to completion

Ideal Candidate Whilst training will be provided on internal Company systems and processes, the successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills/attributes:

· Excellent attention to detail is a must for this role
· Strong IT Skills, with particular expertise in Excel
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent organisational skills and a good communicator
· Professional verbal and written manner
· Flexibility in terms of tasks performed

Part Time Drivers

We require part time van drivers to deliver throughout the country, although most deliveries are in East Anglia.
The role may involve some yard work, ie. moving pallets and unloading lorries. A fork lift licence would be useful but is not essential.
The candidate will need to be flexible as this is only a part-time role and you may be required to work at short notice.
