At Micropress, we believe the best way to serve our customers is with excellent account management. Our account managers strive to keep you informed of every stage of production from quotation through to arranging to deliver your finished print. The way we operate is designed, set-up and streamlined to fit around your needs.

Our Key Standards

Four-hour quotation policy

Standard quotations will be produced within a four-hour time window. This can be reduced to one-hour for urgent quotations.

One-hour call back on production issues

If you have any kind of problem with the Micropress service, we always endeavour to fast-track your enquiry and prioritise our response.

Customers always have an alternative contact

What happens when your dedicated account manager is ill or on holiday? Don’t worry, an alternative is always on standby ready to pick up your account queries and questions. Our production management system keeps updates on the progress of all your jobs, allowing easy handover between account managers in the event that it is necessary. We always have our eye on the ball.

Communication between service and production

Unlike other printers, we give our account managers time with the production team to follow the progress of your projects. Our departments’ have a shared responsibility that’s focused on delivering solutions rather than problems to our customers.
